ERYVALEN – PREORDER POLICY

Thank you for choosing Eryvalen. To ensure the highest quality standards, certain products may be offered as preorders before they are available for immediate shipment. This policy explains how preorders are processed and what you can expect when placing a preorder with us.

1. What is a Preorder?

A preorder reserves your item before it is available for shipment. By placing a preorder, you are securing inventory from an upcoming production run.

Estimated shipping dates are provided on each product page and represent our best estimate based on current production and logistics timelines.

2. Payment

Payment for preorder items is collected in full at the time your order is placed.

By completing your purchase, you authorize Eryvalen to charge your selected payment method for the full purchase amount.

3. Estimated Shipping

Each preorder product page includes an estimated shipping timeframe.

While we work diligently to meet all estimated shipping dates, production, quality control, customs clearance, and freight transportation may occasionally result in delays beyond our control.

If a significant delay occurs, we will communicate updates using the email address associated with your order.

4. Orders Containing Multiple Items

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once all items become available, unless otherwise specified by Eryvalen.

5. Changes or Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your preorder, please contact us as soon as possible.

Requests received before your order enters fulfillment will be accommodated whenever possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Returns

Once delivered, preorder items are subject to the same Return & Refund Policy as all other Eryvalen products.
